Peter McNaughton has been a salty slave to the waters of the the Caribbean, the east coast U.S. and the Canadian Maritimes for over 50 years. He has been photographing nautical scenes and amazing yachts since his early teens. A boat captain himself, he knows to look for and how to capture the spirit of the sea and it's influence on people and places. He relocated to the forests of South Carolina (the "Dark Corner") where he captures pure images of the environment and the social fabric of many vibrant and interesting locations.
